Honey Mussels™ were one of the guest products at the Slow Fish Mystery Chefs Dinner. The event took place at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.

Chef David Hawksworth of Hawksworth Restaurant prepared a delicious Honey Mussel dish for the participating guests. The dish was a Honey Mussel on top of sausage and tomato sauce with slice of toasted garlic bread.
