Honey Mussels wins big in the Canadian Culinary Championships this year!

Chef Roger Ma was awarded gold with his west coast inspired dish featuring the Honey Mussel.

Honey Mussels were one of the guest products at the Slow Fish Mystery Chefs Dinner. The event took place at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts.
